Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. For very mild rash you can apply coconut oil. If the rash is increasing you can go for any rasgh cream available like rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal If there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream. If it is still noct improving then kindly meet your doctor

Hi septic cream is a very good choice to go far 24 x 7 it is not healthy for the skin of the child change the diaper every 3 to 4 hours after that you can actually apply Boroline again give a type in free time to the child for at least a minimum of one hour and after that if you want you can again put on the diaper but try to avoid
