small bumps on my baby's face what's the reason?

A. Hello, it's due to breastmilk, while feeding babys face especially the cheeks and chin will be in contact to the mothers breast and the milk while sucking comes out of their mouth and spreads on the cheeks and later dries due to which these small pimple like will appear, always remember to wipe the babys cheek and chin, and around the mouth with clean cloth wet in water.

A. hello neonatal acne is normal n just make sure to use mild skin care products like babyhug which is effective n also safe too n nothing to worry about .
