my son 4months 24 days old from 2days he s vomiting, & he s giving pressure to pass the motion & crying he s getting heat bumps/ rashes it's small & in redess

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. acne in babies, also known as baby acne, is a common condition that affects many newborns. it typically appears as small red or white bumps on the baby's face, especially on the cheeks, nose, and forehead. baby acne is thought to be caused by maternal hormones passed to the baby during pregnancy and usually clears up on its own within a few weeks or months. it is important to avoid squeezing or scrubbing the affected area as this can irritate the delicate baby skin. if you have concerns about your baby's acne, consult a pediatrician for guidance.
it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. x
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the coxlour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes
