Cetaphil products are very good for the mother and kids in gender so you can get the skincare product range for your kids and for yourself regularly clean your face wash your face properly then you can apply cream or lotion whatever you would want to use also since you have delivered the child or you will deliver the child should continue to take iron calcium multivitamin and Omega Three for initial 6 months
