Sir we are giving the Multivitamin and Iron salts syrups for our child as per doctors advise because he was bit weak. this course of syrups is almost coming to an end now we need to stop now . since COVID is there outside can we continue vitamins and iron syrup so that he will have good immunity

A. you can continue giving multivitamin supplements even now and also give a protein rich diet zinc supplements that will help in building of the immune system gradually so instead of stopping them continue for one or two months more
