hi doctor I am using multivitamin and vitamin d3 syrups my 1 year baby .can you please suggest iron drops for him.

A. don't give unnecessary. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child

A. Iron drops should not be given to the child if there is no deficiency iron drops are given when the child is having a deficiency or your child is alone haemoglobin or not eating food at all or behaving cranky without any reason and they have a lot of reasons to give iron supplement as a randomly you should not start giving supplements to the child
