sir my son vl turn 28mnth old still he cant speak wrds r sentences bt wat ever he want he jst show us tht he want so n so items r food v r worried abt it he say mummy papa nt by looking at us casually he say any solution wat to do wat nt to do

A. good evening if by this time also the child is not able to speak a couple of words then it is a matter of concern in this case I would recommend you to visit a speech therapist for a proper clinical examination he would be able to guide you
