Q.
sir, my son some hit on nose it can be bleedind,but it stop. he has vomiting in night at one time.what should I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. bleeding from the nasal cavity also known as epistexis.
during the initial bleeding episode you swill have to press up on the bleeding area to stop the bleeding.
you can press some cold ice or cold cloth also to decrease the bleeding
after bleeding stops you have to make use of nasal saline drops to keep the nasal cavity moist and also apply antibacterial cream (tbact) over the bleeding area for faster healing x

Emset right now you can give to the child to avoid vomiting and maybe your child got hurt that is vomiting also happened but just to be on the safer side you should get a check with your doctor tomorrow to have father assurance that your child does not have any major problem after getting hot
