you mean to say spiting milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding ?
if yes ,then I advise to offer small and frequent feeds.
Ensure that baby is attaching well and removing milk efficienctly from the Breast.
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
but if your child is spiting milk with fast flow and feel discomfort , having low weight gain then you should consult your pediatrician.
