My son 4 years complains of nose block every night he goes to sleep. He doesnt have cold it just happens during night . I check his nose regulary therse is no mucus and nose is normal not wet at all. Anyone here please help what could ge the reason be . Well we few month he did hit his nose on table . It remained swollen fof few days at that time .
