sir my son is 2 yrs n 10 months old last week he cough n cold ..I had given him antibiotics ,medicine for running rose n coughing then again why he is still having cold

A. probably the infection is not completely resolved for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
