Q.

sir my son 20 months old , he have upper 4 teeths and lower 4 teeths at front side only he didnt get any extra teeth since 5 months what is the problem

A. Hi it's okay..kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. there can be a little delay in getting milk teeth..it's normal don't be tensed

A. hi yes ,it is true that babies get their milky teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years. so as such no need to worry. give calcium rich diet like ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.

A. No problem completion of 3 years they get 20 milk tooth.. You can give calcium based food
