Hi doctor, my 22months old baby boy has not developed side teeths till now. He got only 4 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth only. will it happen due to any deficiency. Please let me know.

A. Till 2 years babies should erupt all teeth.. look like vital d or calcium deficiency. you can give ostocalcium syp daily 5 ml. and do consult with dentist once.
