sir my child is 4yrs old he has cough cold and fever from yesterday he is also under weight

A. hi first to cure cold and cough and fever , rub onion slices on chest and back of your child. keep your child well hydrated. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. keep measuring the temperature,if it remains same , around 100f or above , please visit your pediatrician
