ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear ma’am, I understand your concerns and it’s quite natural. But please be assured that most kids are fussy at this age which is also partly due to their growth and development. Never force feed your kid. Respect their appetite and allow your kid to decide when to eat and how much to eat. Encourage self eating habits. Sit with your kid and have one meal atleast daily
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, do not worry if your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child's age.
To increase your child's appetite, give small frequent meals four to five times a day and up to one Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
