Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. wikoryl AF syrup to the baby oi scold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

You should take an advice with your paediatrician on this they have to actually examine the child before any kind of medicine they suggested for the child so please talk to your doctor get your child examined and then just go ahead with a medicine that way
