my boy baby is suffering from cough and cold after giving medicine from two days

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. 0 cough and cold may take 3 to 5 days minimum to resolve the Cough and Cold should be treated ideally only after a proper clinical examination by a doctor.it may be any infective or allergic.it is not so related to food items like ba.nana etc.but seasonal changes may aggravate. .give steam and nasoclear drops can also be used multiple times. Cough Syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .medication by self is not advisable. if the cough is productive you can give kufril-ls syrup for now .avoid refrigerated items and give only simple home-made preparations as required.child will gradually begin to eat as symptoms resolve.
