sir mera beta 4.8 years old hain. last 1 year se usko nail whitening problem hain. Maine bht dctr dikhaya but kuch ni ho rhi hain. ye pic last year ka hain. pls help me kya karun. yeh kya serious problem hain sir. pls help me.
