sir mera bacha ab 2 years complete honevala hai first birthday par vo bohot mota healthy tha ab uska 2nd birthday vo bohot patla hogaya bohot dubla patla hogaya jabki same food same quantity me derahihu kya karu mai

A. Hello! Child's food requirements change according to their age. Give your child small and frequent meals. Make dals, paneer, nuts, dry fruits, banana part of his regular meals. Include all food groups in his meals.

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain. Take care and all the best
