sir mera baby 7 month 1 week ka h aur uske face me Dane aate rhte h sir kya kre ki thik ho jaye birth k 1week se hi h

it might be baby acne which usually disappear by own.
so as such no need to worry.
keep your child in well vantileted room
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
avoid using any cosmetics.
but if your child feel discomfort,pain , itching redness etc then please consult your pediatrician for once.
