Vritika AroraMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello dear if the poops are completely watery then you need to consult with your doctor but it is but if it is soft motion then it's nothing to worry about give proper gaps between the 2 feeds and give right quantity of feed according to the age keep a check on weight gain of the child if you think that the poop is completely watery then consult with the doctor
