PayalMom of a 6 m old boy2 months agoA. No teeth by 10 months is usually not a concern** — some babies get their first tooth as late as 12–15 months, and it can still be normal.
When to check with a doctor
* No teeth by **18 months**.
* Other signs of delayed development (speech, motor skills).
* Baby has **feeding issues** or abnormal gum appearance.
You can gently massage the gums or offer a chilled teether to soothe them — it won’t speed up teething but may help with discomfort.
