sir/medam my baby is 19 months old she is frequently doing vomitings during eating food what is the problem please tell me

she don't like to eat food
she just sucks her fingers
if we won't keep food she never ask for it
so that I am forcing feeding her but she is doing complete vomitings

mam,it happens because of overfeeding , indigestion or Infection.
so please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
offer Small and frequent meal.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child diet.
keep your child well hydrated.
