A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, swimming, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. hello actually weight gain is very common after delivery you have to balance the diet workout everything you need to balance and cut down the junk and physical activity is a must
