you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas.
if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes.c
it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body.
sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon.

This is very common in baby, so you should definitely not worry about it at all. Always try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Don’t cover your babies feet with socks rather than this. There are no other precautions you have to take.
