Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcjfer dologel can be applied locally
