Q.

sir I think my child is constipated he is passing only small small amount of hard stool Five to eight times a day and he is also applying force to pass the stool and two days some red blood comes when he passes the stool please suggest what to do .

A. the best thing to reduce constipation is give your baby more of vegetable soup and sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables for a few days increased liquid intake which will help reduce the hard stool formation

A. It Sometimes due to lack of water in the body if the body is not very well hydrated the motion is really very hard and Constitution is also sometimes due to that only so try to give really good amount of water and fibre rich fruits to the child and incorporate about two glasses of buttermilk into your child’s daily diet and papaya like at least two slices of papaya should be there
