sir, i am having flat nipple and my baby is not sucking from day 1. now he is 20 days old. on the fifth day after delivery i had developed serious breast engorgement and was having heavy pain.on the advice of my gyenacologist i brought an electric pump and started pumping. everything was going on well until three days back. my left breast was not giving any output and i wondered why. from yesterday night onwards i am again having breast engorgement at right breast and having heavy pain. i tried pumping, hand expression but no milk is coming. pls help
