A. Hello mom you have to take more of whole grains and cereals and seasonal fruits and vegetables as these are quite filling in nature . Avoid simple carbs such as refined and processed and ready to eat mixes as Much as possible

A. Dear ma’am, take dhania water regularly in the morning. Include leafy greens especially drumstick leaves in your diet weekly twice. Be physical activity to boost the metabolism and regulate your thyroid gland function.
