sir hamare twins baby hai dono ko dudh pite waqt fhanda lag raha hai hum jis Dr ko dikha rahen hai unhone naak me dalne k liye solvin drop diya hai par usse koi fayda nahi ho raha aese me hum kya karen

Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose.
Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications , like saline nasal drops for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
