Sir A brick which fell down on the toe finger of my 2 yr. old son and it cuts his half nail attached with the skin then after I wash it from water and dettol then after apply t- bact cream on it, so I want know is it enough for the safety or should I go for titnes injection and bandage on it and within how much time till give him the titnes injection. please answer

A. Hello mom would suggest to get her examined as you haven’t shared the picture as well so it’s difficult to known how the wound is been so what you have taken steps are fine
