Q.

hi, there is a lose, dead and discolored nail on 3rd finger of kid toe, however not creating any pain or issue to the kid. what should we do, pls suggest?

A. kindly apply mamaearth moisturizer everything dead n dry skin

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil onz the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for morze than two weeks then meet your doctor. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
