hi Dr my daughter's finger nail is little discolored and the nail is going to fall. I have attached the image for reference,pls let me know what could be the reason and what should I do to avoid.

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination orkk assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
