Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. don't worry then.. sometimes due to teeth and also baby always put her fingers or hands in mouth also sometimes as finger hands and toes are their first toys so they did try different things with them just keep hygiene of hands finger and toes also

baby will cry and also will start sucking his hands or fingers if he is hungry..
baby will be calm after feeding, also if hands are fingers are open and relaxed than it is sign that baby is full after feeding also if baby is urinating 6 to 8 times in a day then it is sign that baby is getting enough breast milk..
also you will feel your breast light after feeding it is sign that baby is full
