Q.

shreeja is 20 month old but still she doesn't eat any fruit except apple... also she is not interested in any vegetables.. how should I include them in her diet...

A. by giving cut fruits as finger fruits during the snacks time. give custard with fruits etv After 1 year of age you can start giving the child everything with you prepare for your family at home . But the meals you are giving should be easy to digest less oily and less spicy for him . Keep giving some natural probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt every day for a better digestion. The diet should be balanced one. Should incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables that provide micronutrients and fibre. Proteins are the building blocks of the body, so meals should be proportionate. Lean meat fish eggs can also be introduced gradually. Nuts to be given, soaked in water beforehand.

A. Write Your Answer Here I would just like to tell you currently that you can go ahead with giving good amount of smoothies to the child and fruit milkshake as well to the child this is how you can include amount of fruits into the diet of the child
