If yes then the doctor will give medication’s for the baby to weight gain. Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your baby is on. Exclusive breast feed, then baby should urinate 8 to 10 times in the day. And baby should gain 400 to 500 grams every month till 6 months of age. If these consituons are met then your milk supply is very good for your baby. Good luck and take care
