my baby is not gaining weight what should I do what is the best health chat for him I want him to get gain weight but his health year is going properly motion is eating properly for but not gain weight what to do

Nanthini KumarMom of a 5 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi mom, banana is always good to gain weight. Give banana milk shake weekly thrice with the following healthy weight gain recipe on every alternate days. Take Nenthiran banana 2 nos. Remove the skin and cut the banana into small pieces, take some rice, green gram with some almonds, sun dry all the ingredients. Grind all the ingredients separately, You have to sift the banana powder to remove the black banana seeds bcz it causes indigestion to babies. Mix the banana powder with rice green gram almonds powder. To make the recipe, mix the powder with water and salt/ jaggery without any lumps. You have to boil some more time to cook well. Give this homemade weight gain recipe to baby often

Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Muultivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Hello mom Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby what is your baby turns one year old. You can also start giving banana shake every morning it will help in gaining weight
