Should I introduce a pacifier to my 2 month old baby? Does it have side effects?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple / teether/ soother if cleaned. the problem arises when it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity of the child without proper cledaning and sterilization. if it is not cleaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection and cough and cold and loose motion

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. No dear wl nt advise u to use a pacifier fr the baby as 1.hygiene has to be taken good care off 2.as the baby gets habit it becomes difficult to stop.. 3.baby may lose appetite as wl always keep that and nt demand feed...
