A. dear mum, you should continue to breastfeed your baby even if you are positive for COVID. breast milk is the best source of milk for baby and protects your baby from infections. it provides immunity to your baby.

A. Breast milk is the best source of nutrition for infants and protects them against illnesses. With the limited data available so far, transmission of active COVID-19 (virus that can cause infection) through breast milk and breastfeeding has not been detected.
