should I continue ultraD3 , vitamin D supplement to my daughter... Due to ongoing circumstances, not able to take her out.

A. hello in the present condition vitamins supplements is very much important in the present condition and it would be better to continue with the supplements and also gve vitamin rich food in the diet as this can help to increase the immunity
