ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. ofcourse. start iron calcium vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . offer more liquids and fruits. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child
