ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi it's okay .kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption of remaining milk teeth

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry. Rest of the day teeth will come within this time frame. Take care
