Q.
she passes urine 10 to 15 times in 24 hours.. sometimes more than 15 times.. she take breastfeed only well.. active also weight gain also correct... but i gave her 5 days gutgermina bacillus clausii spores suspension till today morning.. so is it ok go for vaccination

No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions normal.
