She had cold last 15 days but she is ok now. So I got her mmr vaccination done but after 1 day she is getting mild fever every 4-5 hours

A. Maybe due to MMR vaccination that you got done for your child as sometimes the fever can come a little late also so continue with paracetamol and you can repeat it after every six hours if the temperature rises for about maximum 72 hours you can continue with the medication
