shall I give my 2yr old son Quacker oats with cerelac... Actually my son doesn't like sugary items neither he is taking anything except Chawal and Roti chai...

A. dear mum, you can give oats directly. do not mix it with cerelac. oats is a very healthy food option. it is rich in fibre. you can add fruits and nuts to it to enhance the nutritional value of food.
