ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. after six weeks best. try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better. a variety of contraception is available. you can choose as per your needs from any out of the copper T, pill, condom s etc. they all are good yet regular use important n don't guarantee 100 percent protect in any case. so widely used.

You should wait for at least 8 to 10 weeks before you go ahead with intercourse and that too if you are comfortable to talk to see the minimum gap of 1 to 10 we should definitely be maintained in either kind of the delivery and after that you will completely be free for this
