A. Namaste Mom, You can use it , and can be added to babies food , but remember that the quantity should be less compared to adult intake as such would be fine

A. A little is ok but better to not use if your child is less than one year older because it effects on baby’s growth and development, also a baby’s kidney will take one year for complete development in meanwhile if you add sugar, salt and honey in your baby’s food it will effect kidneys too.
