Saesha is 4 year and 10 months old and her lower 2 teeth and upper one tooth are wiggling. Is it normal or we need to consult dentist?

A. Hi no it's normal.. sometimes kids show early eruption of permanent teeth.. milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6 years.. wait for some time and keep checking for the eruption of permanent teeth.
