Q.

Riyanshi almost 2.6 yrs now. but she haven't eat properly, what I can do. n what food I can give her.

A. Toddlers are mostly fussy and picky eaters. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw and in different colors and shapes. Give lot if ginger foods to develop chewing habits. Include protein and fat rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
