My baby not eating any food he use t eat everything before now nothing n passing stools what ever he eat

A. Teething can be one second that your child is pooping after eating that means a child is facing an issue of digestion and that is why this is happening so I would advise you in both cases you should check with your doctor advise with some medicine which is going to be helpful and benefiting right now
